Kanban Consultores considers the privacy of its users as a matter of great importance.

This document covers the treatment that Kanban Consultores gives to the personally identifiable information that we collect when browsing our Web portals, using our mobile applications, or when using our products and services.

The practices of companies that Kanban Consultores does not own or control, or of people that Kanban Consultores does not employ or contract directly, are not included here.

Informed consent

We collect personally identifiable information when you register for an account with Kanban Consultants, or when you participate in our communities, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or any other Kanban Consultants service.

Once registration is complete and you begin to use or inquire about our services, you are not anonymous to us.

Kanban Consultores also receives and automatically records on its servers, information from your browser, such as your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested.

Kanban Consultores uses the information collected for two main purposes: to satisfy your requirements for specific services or products, and to contact you if deemed appropriate (for example, to inform you of new services or products).

Kanban Consultores will treat the personal data provided by the users of our portals, solely for the purpose and in the manner detailed in this Privacy Policy and in full in accordance with the regulations of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay on the Protection of Personal Data , in particular to Law No. 18,331 and decrees No. 664/008 of 12-22-008 and 414/009 of 8-31-009.

Access to information by third parties

Kanban Consultores will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Kanban Consultores may send your personally identifiable information to other companies or organizations only in the following cases:

  • If we have your consent to share the information.

  • If we need to share your information to provide the product or service you request.

  • If we need to send the information to companies or organizations that work on behalf of Kanban Consultores to provide the product or service that you request. (Unless explicitly stated, these companies or organizations do not have the right to use the information that we provide to them, except as strictly necessary to comply with the required assistance.)

IP addresses

When your browser requests a Web page from another computer on the Internet, it automatically provides that computer with the address to which that information should be sent. This is what is called an IP address, where IP stands for Internet Protocol. For most users who access the Internet from a dialed account of an Internet Service Provider (ISP), the IP address will be different each time you connect.

Kanban Consultores receives IP addresses from all its users because this information is automatically informed by your browser each time you request a Web page.

Your IP address may also be stored in our user records when you create your account or request information about our products or services.

IP addresses can be used for different purposes, including:

  • Diagnosis of technical or service problems reported by our users or by administrators associated with IP addresses controlled by a specific ISP.

  • Select advertising to be included on our pages based on geographic area or other information derived from your IP address. Most IP addresses are commonly associated with ISPs, universities, or large corporations in specific locations or regions.

  • Estimate the total number of visitors to Kanban Consultants from specific countries or regions.


A cookie is a small amount of data, which usually includes an anonymous unique identifier, and which is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer.

Each website can send its own cookies to your browser if it allows it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only allows a website to read cookies that it has sent itself, and not cookies that have been sent to it from other sites.

SPAM or unsolicited email

Kanban Consultants does not tolerate its members being victims of unsolicited email, and is equally intolerant of members of Kanban Consultants portals who send unsolicited email. The use of an email account hosted on Kanban Consultores servers to send unsolicited email will cause the immediate suspension of the service.

How to claim a SPAM made by a user of Kanban Consultores

To make an unsolicited email claim, please send us the unsolicited email with the complete information from the message headers to the address so that our team can process the claim.


Your account information at Kanban Consultores is password protected for your privacy and security.

In all areas, Kanban Consultores will use the industry standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

Changes to this policy

Kanban Consultores may occasionally make small modifications or additions to the policy expressed in this document. In the event of any substantial change, we will notify you through a prominent advertisement on our portals or by contacting you directly.
